Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.
Pat chicken wings dry with paper towel. This will allow the wings to crisp better. Place wings in a large bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle in seasonings and toss to coat, ensuring all wings are coated evenly. Place the wings onto the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink in the center. Turn the wings over halfway during cooking.
As soon as the wings come out of the oven transfer them into a bowl and toss with your favorite sauce. At this point, you can eat and enjoy, or place them back on the baking sheet and put them in the oven for another 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce. Serve and enjoy!
